My Story
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, equipped with an MA from Loyola University Maryland.
Throughout my career, I have gained a reputation for my creative approach, relatability, and ability to think outside the box. I find immense satisfaction in working with adults and children who find themselves in a state of worry and feeling stuck. As someone who has been an elementary school teacher for nearly 25 years, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that individuals, both young and old, face in their lives.
In the therapy process, my mission is to help clients not only overcome their current struggles but also discover hidden strengths they may not be aware of. Together, we will delve into unexplored territories, uncovering the potential within you. I firmly believe in building robust support systems that lay the foundation for continuous long-term success. By nurturing relationships and fostering connections, we will create a network of unwavering support that will carry you through even the most challenging times.
Furthermore, at Relational Excellence, LLC, we take a holistic approach to health. Beyond addressing the immediate concerns, my goal is to help you develop a comprehensive view of your overall well-being. Mental, emotional, and physical health are deeply interconnected, and by tending to each facet, we can pave the way for a more fulfilling and empowered life.
