RELEASE|RESET|RECLAIM: A 9-Week Therapy Group for Emotional Freedom and Personal Growth ( 3-PART SERIES)
This structured 9-week therapy group is designed to help adults release stress, improve emotional regulations, and build healthier relationships by learning how to release control over others and take ownership of their own responses. Many individuals struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional reactivity, and feeling responsible for others people's behavior or emotions. This group introduces a practical and powerful framework:
Release: releasing control over what you cannot change
Reset: taking responsibility for your thoughts, actions, and boundaries
Reclaim: applying skills and perspectives to your everyday world
Participants will learn how to:
