Role Overview:
Provide individual counseling (with the option to lead groups), complete assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a team committed to holistic care.
Schedule: Flexible, set by you (morning–early afternoon preferred)

Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Compassionate, professional, and self-motivated
Skilled in working independently and as part of a team
Experienced in supporting clients with diverse mental health needs
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or CMFT)
Valid driver’s license and background check clearance
