Her experience in the Child Welfare System, including reuniting families, providing in-home care, and facilitating adoptions and guardianships, reflects her unwavering commitment to the well-being of children and families in need. Takiya's involvement in therapeutic foster care, therapy, and her role as a Director and Rehabilitation Specialist in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program demonstrate her dedication to empowering individuals towards holistic healing and growth.

 

Takiya has had the privilege of supporting individuals and families facing a myriad of challenges, from child abuse victims to those grappling with addiction.
