Anastasia Williams, LGPC
Anastasia is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Maryland with a MA in Pastoral Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University’s CACREP accredited program. She is also certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Anastasia provides multicultural, faith-based, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral therapy for individuals of diverse backgrounds. In addition, she uses a holistic approach when working with her clients, which means she takes time to understand how one’s culture, physical health, work, finances, environment, spirituality, sexuality, and social needs impact their mental wellness.
She provides genuine care and support for her clients as they heal from past wounds, pursue their best life in the present and cultivate hope for a better future. She maintains safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing virtual spaces for her clients, especially those new to therapy. Moreover, Anastasia has prior clinical experience working in outpatient settings and highly acute inpatient settings.
