STRATEGIC PLAN

It is the policy of Relational Excellence, LLC to utilize an ongoing strategic planning process to produce decisions and actions that guide and shape the organization in determining the ongoing relevancy of its mission, establishing strategic goals consistent with our consensual mission, and identifying specific strategies to meet the established goals.

ETHICAL CODE OF CONDUCT

All employees are expected to maintain acceptable job performance and to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner.  Professional service providers are expected to comply with any codes for professional conduct or ethical behaviors adopted by their respective licensure or certification authorities. These policies apply to all employees, contractors, interns/volunteers affiliated with Relational Excellence, LLC.

CLIENT'S ORIENTATION HANDBOOK

Upon orientation to the program each new client will receive a copy of the client orientation handbook, which will outline the expectations of both Relational Excellence and the Person Served.

MINOR'S ORIENTATION HANDBOOK

Upon orientation to the program all parents/guardians will receive the new client orientation handbook, and the minor will receive a copy of our Minor's Orientation Handbook. These handbooks will outline the expectations of both Relational Excellence and the Person Served.
